During our recent visit to Verdun, my companion and I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Chantal, a charming bed and breakfast run by the delightful Petra and Daniel Zilliox. Our room was impeccably clean and boasted a lovely balcony with serene river views, enhancing our morning moments as we enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast featuring local delicacies. The extensive battlefield tour led by our hosts was both enlightening and reasonably priced, allowing us to immerse ourselves in history while fully appreciating the warm hospitality of our hosts. We would gladly return to this wonderful spot, and I highly recommend Villa Chantal for anyone seeking a memorable experience in Verdun, combining comfort and historical exploration.
